Nothing to complain about, thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The units were nice looking and well furnished with 2 beds. Competent and fabulously helpful staff as one would expect. Our hotel is set in a remote location near areas north of Boston, the Freedom Trail and a mall about a 10 minute walk away. East Cambridge district is worth looking into.

The Hampton Inn By Hilton Boston/Cambridge was very clean and the staff were absolutely excellent and incredibly accommodating. the breakfast offered a great variety, featuring a fantastic omelette. This well-priced venue provided good value and was conveniently located near the Faneuil Hall area, as well as a liquor store and the Red Line, making it accessible to Cambridge proper.

The room was silent & neat together with closets as well as modern amenities. The staff was very helpful the whole time of my stay.
The views were ugly.

Very nice people and very good hotel. I complain about the tv and they fixed on the same day and also, since I was staying for a long period, they gave me a discount. Also the location is really great because you can go to either Boston or Cambridge with no problem. The hotel is in front of the Lechmere station that has buses that go everywhere and also the green line train.
The air conditional is right beside the table and if it is turned on, the cold goes directly to the person that is using that table, making almost impossible to study with air conditional on. Beside that the hotel is definitely great and I have more to thank than to complain.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Lechmere T stop! It's also conveniently situated near the Metro, attractions on the north side of the river, and a great shopping mall. There’s a wonderful selection of options and delicious food.

Hot breakfast items
But surely if one states what one did not like, it is a complaint. What we did not like was the cheap, miniscule one-cup coffee maker and ghastly paper cups (especially in a $250 hotel!).

The staff at this hotel were incredibly nice and really impressed us. the location is fantastic — just a short 10-15 minute walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark. 😊.

Nice, good breakfast. Good location for parents of Harvard students to stay.
Roads a little confusing

Well they put the money where it is important, in the bathroom and in the bed. The bed is very very comfortable.
Well, the room is small, the carpet seems old and is pretty ugly. A refrigerator would have been useful.

Clean, comfortable, simple check in and check out
No restaurant onsite or nearby, poor vending machine selection, location out of the way. Overpriced for lack of amenities offered.

Not much, had better experiences at other Hampton Inns I stayed at! Breakfast was so/so not much variety.
